The Lagos Leadership Summit serves as a transformative platform, committed to equipping young professionals with the critical skills and insights necessary to excel in various leadership roles.

The initiative was established by the Lagos state Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu through his Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy (LJLA) as a platform to provide a transformative initiative that places the highest priority on the development and grooming of young, change-oriented individuals who are passionate about shaping the future of Nigeria.

To open proceedings for the event, leading media maven who is the creator and executive producer of Young, Famous and African on Netflix as well as having a distinguished 10-year career as an award-winning journalist working with Forbes Africa, Peace Hyde, moderated a one-hour fire side chat with Governor Sanwo-Olu.

The conversation touched on Leadership to Legacy: Designing systems that work without you. The event was also attended by former Governor Babatunde Fashola, HRM Olu Atuwatse the king of the Warri Kingdom alongside many high-profile dignitaries.
